UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES

AS OF 28 FEBRUARY 2021

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Redsun Properties Group Limited (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that, for February 2021, contracted sales of the Company, its subsidiaries and associated companies (the ''Group'') was RMB5.209 billion. The sales area amounted to 362,470 square meters and the average selling price was RMB14,370 per square meter.

From January to February 2021, the aggregated contracted sales of the Group was RMB11.51 billion. The aggregated sales area was 765,744 square meters and the average selling price was RMB15,037 per square meter.
