Regency Silver Corp. is a Canada-based gold-copper-silver exploration company. The Company's principal activity is engaged in the identification, evaluation, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Mexico and Peru. The Company's projects include Dios Padre, El Tule and La Libertad. The Dios Padre Project is located in the State of Sonora, Mexico mid-way between Hermosillo, Sonora, and Chihuahua City, Chihuahua. The El Tule Property is located in Northern Nayarit, close to the border with Sinaloa. The El Tule Property has a gold and silver system that comprises approximately six adjacent concessions, which in total cover an area of 10,000 hectares (ha). The Company also holds title to certain claims located in the La Libertad Mining District in north-central Peru in proximity to the Lagunas Norte and La Arena mines. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Regency Silver S.A. de C.V. and Regency Mining SAC.
