MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ Regis Corp. (RGS) on Wednesday reported a loss of $10.8 million in its fiscal third quarter.

The Minneapolis-based company said it had a loss of 30 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 70 cents per share.

The owner of hair salon chains Supercuts and MasterCuts posted revenue of $100.3 million in the period.

Regis shares have risen 31% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 17% in the last 12 months.
