MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ Regis Corp. (RGS) on Wednesday reported a loss of $34.3 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Minneapolis-based company said it had a loss of 95 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 74 cents per share.

The owner of hair salon chains Supercuts and MasterCuts posted revenue of $99.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $113.3 million, or $3.15 per share. Revenue was reported as $415.1 million.

Regis shares have fallen 24% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7, a decline of 19% in the last 12 months.
