On 5 October 2021 Regis Resources Limited (ASX:RRL, the Company) announced that subsequent to the vesting of performance rights under an employee incentive plan 60,287 Fully Paid Ordinary shares were issued to Mr Jim Beyer, on 6 October 2021. Due to an administrative error, the correct number of performance rights that should have vested, and the correct number of shares which should have been issued was 59,877. The Company's share registry has rectified the record. Attached is an Amended Appendix 2A.
