Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), communicates the collaboration with NIO Cocktails for the optimization of management, accounting, logistics and production processes in the Cloud.

NIO Cocktails is an innovative Startup born in 2017 with the aim of innovating the drinking habits of cocktails by making a perfectly mixed cocktail accessible to everyone that can be drunk anywhere and on any occasion. NIO Cocktails is aimed at both the consumer market, both through direct online and offline channels and in partnership, and as an advanced solution for the professional market, hotels, restaurants, catering and event organizers.

The solution proposed by Relatech, created with the support of the Oracle NetSuite team, makes possible to improve consultancy activities and simplify the management of business processes and guarantees, in total safety, the integration of IT solutions suitable for the implementation Oracle NetSuite in the cloud services. In addition, Relatech, through its cloud- based platform RePlatform, has created the integration connectors with e-commerce (Shopify) and shipping management (Shippypro) tools, also ensuring the highest levels of infrastructure and systems security.

The project, carried out with the collaboration of Oracle Netsuite, also saw the implementation of additional services, such as:

• the roll-out of Oracle Netsuite services in the customer's foreign branches, starting from Germany, with the integration of local external logistics with e-commerce tools.
• the internalization of logistics and integration with the Shippypro freight forwarding management system
• the facilitation of intercompany management processes

The agreement is part of the solutions of the cloud-based platform RePlatform which makes use of the ecosystem of leading technological partners including Oracle NetSuite to offer customers the best tools to ensure the efficiency of business operating systems through a valid digitization process.
