Lucas Bols N.V. (ENXTAM:BOLS) acquired the remaining 50% stake in Passoã SAS from Rémy Cointreau SA (ENXTPA:RCO) for €71.3 million on December 4, 2020. The transaction is financed through an acquisition bank facility and cash.
