Through a collaboration with the prestigious Design Laboratory at Central Saint Martins College, Cointreau released two special limited editions this November-just in time for the gift-giving season.

Inspired by an excursion in the mythical Jardin des Hespérides, this collection celebrates the orange. The stories surrounding this extraordinary fruit are at the heart and soul of both the Cointreau liqueur and its special holiday redesign. One particular passage in La Fontaine's 'Éloge de L'Oranger,' for example, portrays oranges as the 'golden apples' in the Jardin des Hespérides.

The reimagined bottles draw on elements within an orange grove, echoing oranges' appeal as a rare, exotic fruit once served as a traditional Christmas gift. Inspiration for this collection also comes from ancient writings of the Cointreau family.

The Limited Edition is a glass marvel featuring etched oranges, ribbed leaves and coiled roots interspersed throughout. Topped with an ornate, perfume-inspired square cap and encased in a fabric-lined orange box, the Selective Edition is an exclusive release of only 1,000 bottles. Featuring gold iteration that nods to the mythological 'golden apple,' it is the pièce de résistance of the collection.
