Portgás closer to its customers thanks to new website
22.02.2021
Aiming to promote a closer proximity to all its customers, Portgás has launched a new website (www.portgas.pt) with a simple, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate design. This represents yet another step in modernising Portgás' digital presence and strengthening the interaction with its users.
All users now enjoy a prompt and convenient contact with the company and the services it provides (commercial offers, search for availability of the natural gas network, connection to the network, etc.). One of its top features is the fully responsive interface, which allows for a smooth user experience from any device.
The website features distinct areas for each audience, titled 'Individuals', 'Business', 'Industry', and 'Professionals'. There was also the creation of key features for prompt interaction with different users and the structuring of contents to clarify Portgás' role as a gas distributor, with support areas that include FAQs and tips to solve a wide variety of issues.
Fullsix was responsible for the graphic concept, web design, and development of the new Portgás website.
Portgás is a natural gas distributor in the coastal region of the north of Portugal and is part of REN. Portgás' concession area has a distribution network of over 5,000 kilometres, including 29 municipalities in the cities of Porto, Braga, and Viana do Castelo.
