Renaissance,Incorporated (TSE:2378) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 640,000 shares, representing 3.78% of its share capital, at ¥2,115 per share for ¥1,353.6 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy which responds to changes in the business environment. As of September 30, 2018, the company had 16,920,580 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 4,458,420 shares in treasury.
