RENERGEN ANNOUNCES LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS ("LNG") SUPPLY AGREEMENT TO
CERAMIC INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD

Natural gas and helium producer Renergen is pleased to announce the conclusion of a LNG
supply agreement to Ceramic Industries Pty Ltd ("Ceramic"), a subsidiary of Italtile Ltd,
commencing in the first quarter of 2022 from Phase One operations.

The Phase 1 agreement spans five years from date of commencement of supply and will see the
Company supply up to 800 gigajoules of LNG daily at a fixed price with annual escalation linked
to CPI, and includes two further five-year renewal periods at the customer's discretion. The
agreement is subject to several conditions of which the material terms are:

    •   Renergen successfully commissioning its Phase One operations.

    •   Renergen commissioning duly permitted facilities to store and supply LNG at customer's
        site

    •   The customer has completed connection of its equipment to the Renergen battery limit
        of the facility at its site.
