Rengo Formulates Rengo Group Human Rights Policy

Rengo Co., Ltd. announces that it has formulated the Rengo Group Human Rights Policy.
Following the action guideline "Respect the value of individual employees and strive to create safe and congenial work environments providing comfort and fulfillment" stated in Rengo's Corporate Philosophy, Rengo has deployed various measures related to labor and human rights. Rengo has also been participating in the United Nations Global Compact since November 2009. This time, the company's stance and initiatives regarding respect for human rights were organized to formulate the Rengo Group Human Rights Policy.
Based on this policy, Rengo will continue to implement initiatives for respecting human rights to fulfill the company's social responsibilities, and simultaneously contribute toward the realization of a sustainable society.
