The RENN Fund, Inc. announced that they have declared a year-end distribution of income in the amount of $0.022602 per share, payable on December 30, 2021, to stockholders of record on December 20, 2021. The Fund will trade with due bills beginning December 17, 2021 and up through and including the last business day prior to the New York Stock Exchange established Ex-Date. The New York Stock Exchange has advised they will set December 21, 2021 as the Ex-Date.
RENN Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a registered, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide shareholders with above-market rates of return through capital appreciation and income by investment process that invests in a variety of financial instruments, including common stocks, fixed income and other instruments. In addition, the Fund may sell short stocks, exchange traded funds and exchange traded notes.
