Reno De Medici S.p.A.: Calendar of Corporate Events scheduled for 2021

Milan, December 11, 2020 - Reno De Medici announces - pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - the calendar of Corporate Events scheduled for 2021:

• February 15th, 2021: Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Report as of December 31st, 2020;
• March 19th, 2021: Board of Directors for the approval of 2020 Annual Financial Statements;
• April 29th, 2021: Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Report as of March 31st, 2021;
• August 2nd, 2021: Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of June 30th, 2021;
• November 4th, 2021: Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Report as of September 30th, 2021.

The Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements as of December 31st, 2020 and for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors and its Chairman for the three-year period 2021/2022/2023 is scheduled on April 29th, 2021 (eventual second call April 30th, 2021).

The above-mentioned Interim Reports are to be meant as "Informazioni Finanziarie Periodiche Aggiuntive" as per Article 154ter, paragraph 5 of Consolidated Law on Finance "Testo Unico della Finanza" that the Company publishes within 45 days from the end of the reference quarters, also relating to the regulatory obligations connected to the qualification of Reno De Medici as company listed in the STAR segment.

The structure, the information content and the methods of publication of the documents are unchanged compared to the Interim Accounts Reports already published pursuant to former Article 154ter paragraph 5 of Consolidated Law on Finance "Testo Unico della Finanza".

Any changes in the scheduled dates will be promptly communicated.
