FILING OF LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milano, 16 November 2021 - Please note that on November 11th, 2021, a list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors was filed at the registered office of the Company from the majority Shareholder Rimini BidCo S.p.A., holder of 66,68% of the subscribed and paid-in share capital of Reno De Medici S.p.A.

No further lists have been filed other than that of the Rimini BidCo S.p.A.

The list of the Shareholder Rimini BidCo S.p.A., also containing a voting proposal made in relation to the item on the agenda relating to the appointment of the Board of Directors, will be made available to the public today at the Company's headquarters and through the publication on the Company's website (www.rdmgroup.com) in the section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2021 as well as through "eMarketStorage" authorized storage system (www.emarketstorage.com).
