Milan, April 7th, 2021 - Please note that the 2020 Annual Financial Report, pursuant to article 154-ter of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 1998, along with the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and the Independent Auditors' Report, have been made available at the registered office in Milan, Viale Isonzo No. 25, on the website: www.rdmgroup.com (Section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting) as well as on "eMarketStorage" authorized storage system (www.emarketstorage.com).

In addition, with the same procedures, the following documents are available:

the "2020 Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report", the "Remuneration Report", the "Consolidated Non-Financial Report" pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254 of 2016 and the Independent Auditors' Report.
