AP Energias Renovaveis fund managed by Mantiq Investimentos Ltda. agreed to acquire 36.2% stake in Renova Energia S.A. (BOVESPA:RNEW11) from Cemig Gera??o e Transmiss?o S.A. for BRL 60 million on November 12, 2021. Under the terms of consideration, BRL 60 million, including credits held by the utility in Renova. The closing of the transaction is subject to conditions, including the approval of creditors holding real guarantees listed in Renova's Judicial Recovery Plan.
