Reply S p A : WM Reply and Transport for London win two awards at the Digital Impact Awards 2022

Over the past year there has been an evolution in the way brands utilise digital tools to optimise online user experience and interact with digital audiences. The entries were of an incredibly impressive calibre and measured across deliverables, social media, specific audiences, evaluation method and sector.

Winner of the prestigious Grand Prix award is University of Cambridge and Battenhall, for their campaign working to change existing stakeholder perceptions of the institution and attract more applications from UK Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities.

'Digital agency of year' was awarded to Rufus Leonard for its creativity and innovation when developing a gamified app for the WWF, which combined technology, storytelling and social sharing. The award for 'Digital in-house team of the year' went to The Church of England for is varied and consistent use of digital to amplify its messaging and connect with audiences through the pandemic.

Andrew Thomas, founder of the awards and publisher of Communicate magazine, says, "Digital has connected workforces, strengthened relationships with employees and kept citizens informed of crucial information amid a changing landscape. It is always so rewarding and illuminating to examine those setting the standard for excellence in strategic digital communications. Congratulations to all of this year's very deserving winners!"

This year's awards were held at the Park Plaza London Riverbank on 25 November.
