Republic Bancorp, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 49.638 million compared to USD 51.812 million a year ago. Net income was USD 23.922 million compared to USD 15.804 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.16 compared to USD 0.77 a year ago. Through the TRS segment, the Bank facilitates the receipt and payment of federal and state tax refund products and offers a credit product through third-party tax preparers. The RPS segment offers a range of payments-related products and services to consumers.
