CHANGE OF AUDITOR

ResApp Health Limited ("Company") has received notification from ASIC that is has consented to the resignation of the Company's auditor Somes Cooke. The incoming auditor is Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd. The reason for the change is due to Somes Cooke having merged with another accounting firm and therefore changing its name to Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd.
