Resideo Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) determined, as of January 5, 2023, that the position held by Travis Merrill, the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer, will be eliminated, resulting in the termination of Mr. Merrill's employment, effective March 31, 2023, under circumstances that entitle him to severance benefits under the Company's Severance Plan for Designated Officers.
