South Africa Government Employee Pension Fund, managed by Public Investment Corporation Limited, signed an engagement letter to acquire unknown stake in retail assets of Resilient REIT Limited on February 16, 2021. Public Investment Corporation (SOC) and Resilient REIT shall negotiate, on an exclusive basis and within defined parameters, the sale and purchase of all or a portion of Resilient’s ownership interest in the properties, namely, Brits Mall, Circus Triangle, Diamond Pavilion, Highveld Mall, Jabulani Mall, Mvusuludzo Mall and Tubatse Crossing.
