RESILUX ANNOUNCES ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO REDUCE CAPITAL IN CASH

Wetteren, Belgium - 3 July 2017, 5.45PM

On 28 June 2017, the extraordinary general meeting of Resilux NV adopted the resolution to reduce in cash the company's capital with a total amount of 33,005,218.00 €, and consequently to distribute a shareholders' compensation of 16.30€ per share. The capital reduction is not combined with the cancellation of shares. The right to pay out the capital reduction will be represented by coupon number 16.

The payment of the capital reduction shall according to expectations be effectuated in the second half of September 2017, after all legal formalities have been fulfilled.

The exact payment date of the capital distribution is subject to further confirmation by the board of directors, as soon as it is possible to fix such date pursuant to the applicable regulations.
