WITH DEEP RESPECT, RESILUX SAYS FAREWELL TO ITS (HONORARY) CHAIRMAN ALEX DE CUYPER.

Wetteren, Belgium - 29 December 2020

The Board of Directors of Resilux NV is very saddened to announce that its highly respected (honorary) chairman Mr. Alex De Cuyper has passed away.

Resilux and its employees, whom he always carried in his heart, and the members of the Board of Directors are tremendously grateful for Mr. Alex De Cuyper's very professional, loyal and driven manner in which he exercised his mandate as (honorary) chairman.

With the passing away of Mr. Alex De Cuyper, a unique entrepreneur with a warm personality leaves us. The family, Resilux and its beloved employees lose an outstanding example of entrepreneurship.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and beloved employees.
