Announcement of Acquisition of Land for Hotel in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture
Resorttrust, Inc. ("the Company") hereby announces that it acquired land for a new hotel today as below.
1. Reason for the acquisition
The Company is mainly engaged in the development and operation of membership resort hotels, and has acquired land in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, as a site for a new membership report hotel.
Located approximately 1.7km from Takayama Station, the site has a panoramic view of the Northern Alps and the Takayama streetscape and is in rich natural surroundings. The Company judged, therefore, that the site is a suitable location for a new resort hotel.
2. Outline of the property acquired
Location:
1-124-1,Kamiokamoto-machi, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, and 31 other lots
Land and buildings:
Site area: 21,897.03m2; total floor area of buildings: 3,676.31m2; attached features
(fountains, etc.)
*The property was previously used as the Hida-Takayama Museum of Art. The
Company plans to dismantle the buildings.
