Retelit S p A : will partecipate in the Virtual STAR Conference 2021

The event, organized by Borsa Italiana, is dedicated to companies listed on the STAR segment to present their results and future prospects, to analysts and to Italian and international investors interested in the excellence of Italian companies. For this edition, the meetings will be organized in virtual mode, allowing listed companies to meet remotely, in one-to-one mode or in small groups.

The event will be attended by Chairman Dario Pardi and CEO Federico Protto, CFO Mirko Endrizzi, Head of Business Development & Group Controller Marco Calzolari and IR Advisor Vincenza Colucci.

On this occasion, Retelit's Management will present the positive results achieved in 2020, which consolidate the results of Gruppo PA, which entered the scope from January 1, 2020 following the acquisition on January 14, 2020, and the second-half results of Brennercom, acquired on July 30, 2020. 2020 saw an improvement in the main economic and financial indicators, with value of production at €165.2 million compared to €83.0 million in the same period of the previous year.
