REV GROUP, INC. Jason succeeds Tony Wayne who, after a very successful 34-year career at ENC, will retire on June 30, 2021. Prior to his departure, Tony will work closely with Jason to ensure a smooth transition.
Most recently, Jason served as Vice President & General Manager for Wabtec Corporation. Jason led the turbocharger and heat exchanger product lines. He had full strategic and financial responsibility for eight international business units and managed the performance of 13 global locations with 1,500 employees. Prior to Wabtec, he held roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Ricon, Napier Turbochargers and Siemens Industrial Turbocharger Group.
'Jason's significant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies make him an ideal leader for ENC,' said Brian Perry, REV Group President, Commercial Segment and SVP of Operations. 'In addition, Jason has expertise in building commercial success, business transformation and driving continuous improvement. We look forward to Jason joining the ENC team and establishing relationships with existing and new customers.'
Jason holds an MBA from De Montfort University, UK and a Bachelor of Engineering & Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Jason is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
