Revenio Group Corporation’s annual reporting package 2021 has been published

Revenio Group Corporation has published its annual reporting package for 2021. The annual reporting package comprises of Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2021, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report 2021 and the Sustainability Report,

The reports are attached to this release and are also available to read and download in Finnish and English on the company’s website as separate pdf files:

The Sustainability Report is published only in English.

The Annual Reporting package is also published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Authorized Public Accountants Deloitte Oy has assured the XHTML file and the XBRL tags included in it. 

Revenio Group Corporation does not publish a printed Annual Report.
