The board of directors of Rex International Holding Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Lin Moi Heyang and Ms. Tang Pei Chan as Company Secretaries in place of Ms. Kong Wei Fung (Ms. Kong) and Ms. Cheok Hui Yee (Ms. Cheok), who have resigned as the Company Secretaries with effect from 28 June 2024.
