ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR

At its annual meeting held on February 3, 2020, the shareholders of RGC Resources, Inc. approved an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation that increased the total number of authorized common shares from 10 million to 20 million. The amendment became effective on February 4, 2020 with approval from the Virginia State Corporation Commission. No other changes were made.
