New chairman of the Board of Directors in RIAS A/S

At the recently held extraordinary general meeting, Astrid Meicherczyk, CEO thyssenkrupp Plastics Europe, has been elected as new chairman of the Board of Directors.

Astrid Meicherczyk replaces Gudrun Degenhart, who has resigned from the Board.
