Richards Packaging Income Fund Announces October 2021 Distribution, Payable on November 12, 2021

Richards Packaging Income Fund announced its cash distribution for the month ended October 31, 2021 of CAD 0.11 per unit. This distribution will be to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 29, 2021 and will be payable on November 12, 2021. Unitholders who are non-residents of Canada may be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund, whether such distributions are in the form of cash or additional units.
Richards Packaging Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based company. The Fund owns Richards Packaging Inc. (Richards Packaging), which serves a range of customer bases throughout North America comprised of approximately 17,000 regional food, beverage, cosmetics, healthcare, and other enterprises. Richards Packaging specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of packaging solutions in both glass and plastic containers and closures for a variety of markets. It is engaged in the distribution of approximately 8,000 different types of packaging components and healthcare products that are sourced from over 900 suppliers and three manufacturing facilities. It sources products from glass and plastic companies both in raw materials and in finished goods.
