BreezeMove is the technology platform that is poised to relieve the stress of the moving process. It launches soon.

Its ethos is to align the estate agent, the conveyancer and respective buyers and sellers in each transaction and act as a) the central hub of property information; b) a communication facilitator; and c) a means of applying reservation agreements to tie parties into each sale so providing much-needed certainty from the start of the process.

In its latest sign that the business is progressing fast it has signed Jason Bushby as a non-executive director. Jason is well known as Commercial Director at Rightmove, exiting in 2019. In this previous role he accumulated a significant understanding of giving the consumer what they want and how agents can leverage that for a competitive advantage. Not to mention building a track-record of unrivalled success in B2B sales

In parallel with this announcement is confirmation that a number of respected conveyancing firms have also agreed terms with BreezeMove and will be using the platform once launched in 30th September.

Phil Melia, CEO and Co-Founder of BreezeMove commented:

"All of us within the property industry accept that the moving transaction is broken and getting worse. Our technology will solve that, bringing down the time taken between offer and completion and reducing fall-throughs and stress accordingly.

An important aspect of our growth plans is to ensure that we have the right senior people in place and none could be more relevant in this space than Jason and I'm delighted that he has agreed to join us.

Moreover, I'm proud to announce the first conveyancing firms that have agreed to partner with us and we will soon expand this with ultimately the most efficient conveyancers across the country on our platform."

The conveyancing firms are Michael Rose Bayliss; Jackson Lees; and LawComm Solicitors.

Jason Bushby adds "Over the last 15 years I've wondered how technology can fix the problem of protracted property transactions, the related uncertainty and the waste. That technology now exists in BreezeMove and I am excited to be involved in assisting with the development of the product to really help vendors and in turn how that will benefit the industry."

Adonis Michael, MD of Michael Rose & Baylis says "Unlike most other sectors conveyancing has always lagged behind in its implementation and utilisation of legal technology. The majority of the process is exactly the same as it was a quarter of a century ago. BreezeMove will bring Conveyancing into the 21st century offering transparency to all parties involved in the transaction and security to clients. We are very excited to get started."
