Radioactive capsule 'should never have been lost'

STORY: Western Australian state authorities said they recovered the capsule - smaller than a coin - after scouring an 870-mile stretch of highway.

Rio Tinto's Simon Trott said the mining company was willing to pay for the nearly week-long search.

People had been told to stay away if they spotted it, as exposure could cause radiation burns or radiation sickness.
