Rio Tinto Group (LSE:RIO) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 20.64% stake in New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited on May 30, 2024.

Rio Tinto Group (LSE:RIO) completed the acquisition of remaining 20.64% stake in New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited on October 31, 2024. Following completion of the transaction, NZAS is now wholly owned by Rio Tinto.
