Risk Intelligence A/S : sees significant increase in recurring revenue from new and existing clients

Risk Intelligence A/S ("Risk Intelligence" or "the Company") announces today that the company has had a significant net increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) of more than DKK 850,000 from both new and existing clients in September.

The ARR for the Risk intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk) has increased by more than DKK 850,000 for the month of September so far, with ARR from existing clients increasing by DKK 630,000, and by DKK 220,000 from new clients. The DKK 850,000 increase in ARR equals a lifetime value (LTV) of approx. DKK 8 M in future revenue.

The increase in ARR from existing clients is mainly a result of an increase in users on existing licenses, but in one case also adding an additional system module. In general, the license fee is dependent on: a) The number and type of selected modules, b) The number and type of system layers, c) the number of system users, as well as number of vessels operated for ship operating companies, and d) any API integration. The Risk Intelligence System is fully scalable and based on 12 month licenses with automatic renewal and fully pre-paid subscriptions.

The development of several existing clients increasing their subscriptions for the Risk Intelligence System during September, and clients signing up for new license agreements, is a testimony to the success of this strategy. It is also proof of the great work done by the account managers and the Sales and Marketing team. With our low churn, the increase in ARR results in a significant increase in LTV of more than DKK 8M, which is an important contribution to our growth."
