RISMA announces CFO to step down end of January

Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Hermann, is stepping down from his position at RISMA Systems A/S by the end of January 2022, as he will pursue new challenges at Nordic Bioscience A/S.

“On behalf of the Board and RISMA’s management team, I thank Thomas for his time in RISMA. Thomas has been an integrated part of our IPO journey, and his contribution to the organization is much appreciated. Even though, we are parting ways daily, I’m happy that Thomas stays in the vicinity of the RISMA family, as he joins a company, which is controlled by RISMA board members.”, says Lars Nybo Munksgaard, CEO & Founder of RISMA.

Thomas Hermann has been with RISMA since September 2020, and he will stop end of January 2022 upon finalizing the foundation for the 2021 Annual Report.

RISMA has initiated the search for a new CFO to help RISMA’s further international expansion and growth journey.
