RISMA has previously communicated expectations of a significant upward shift in sales. 2022 has started as expected. Accordingly, the Q1-2022 growth in ARR is more than four times higher compared to the growth in Q1-2021.

The increase in new sales is primarily driven by a much broader product portfolio. Until the end of Q2-2021 most of the sales were centered around a few products, most notably GDPR. In the end of Q2-2021 RISMA introduced a product suite including eight products, which increases RISMA’s market differentiation leading to higher customer intake.

Per March 17, 2022, RISMA launched the previously announced multi-functional management reporting tool, GRC Intelligence Center. GRC Intelligence Center combines the strengths of a multi-solution GRC suite and a business intelligence tool, and it is the first of its kind in this market space.

Please feel free to join the following event in which the tool will be presented:

The ARR guidance for 2022 remains unchanged at 25-28 MDKK, equivalent to a growth rate in the range of 63-83% in 2022.
