The Board of RIT Capital Partners plc intends to pay a dividend of 37 pence per share in 2022 in two equal instalments, in April and October. This represents an increase of 5.0% over the previous year. The Board declares the payment of a first interim dividend of 18.5 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2022.
This will be paid on 29 April 2022 to shareholders on the register on 1 April 2022, and funded from the accumulated capital profits.
