AssetCo plc (AIM:ASTO) acquired a 2.9% stake in River and Mercantile Group PLC (LSE:RIV) for £4.7 million on January 8, 2021. Under the terms of the transaction, AssetCo acquired 2.5 million ordinary shares in River and Mercantile Group Plc at £1.86 per share. John Llewellyn-Lloyd, Dan Gee-Summons and Nick Wright of Arden Partners plc acted as nominated advisor to AssetCo plc.
