The Company announces that Mr Kevin Hayes, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 33,323 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 298p on Friday, 15 June 2018.

Following this purchase, Mr Hayes holds 318,298 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3877% of the total shareholding in the Company.
