RL Commercial REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 1,193.22 million compared to PHP 585.55 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,418.86 million compared to PHP 719.49 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,135.73 million compared to PHP 679.13 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.11 compared to PHP 0.31 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.11 compared to PHP 0.31 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 3,340.87 million compared to PHP 585.55 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,912.85 million compared to PHP 719.49 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 3,125.78 million compared to PHP 633.79 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.31 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.31 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago.
