1. 1. Options exchangeable for ordinary RMA Global Limited (ASX:RMY) shares at a ratio of 1:1

2. RMY shares to trade at/above the share price hurdle for 50 trading days within the exercise dates before an option can be exercised.
3. On exercising, 60% of the shares issued will be held in escrow for 12 months.
4. On resignation or termination of employment, all unexercised options are forfeited
5. In the event of a takeover where at any time the bidder is entitied to more than 50% of the shares in the Company, all options that are 'in the money' are immediately exerciseable and the shares will be free from escrow.
