Road King Infrastructure Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the property related business. The Company operates through two business segments. The Toll Road segment is engaged in the development, operation and management of toll roads through the infrastructure joint ventures. The Property Development and Investment segment is engaged in the development of properties for sales to get rental income and capital appreciation. The Company’s property portfolio includes the land reserve primarily located in the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Rim regions. The Company’s toll road portfolio includes five expressways in Mainland China. The Company is also involved in the provision of financial services and management services through its subsidiaries.
