Roche Holding AG said Friday that it plans to propose a new member to its board of directors after the resignation of a current one, and to recommend the current chairman for re-election at the next annual general meeting in March.
The Swiss pharma major said that board member Paul Bulcke has decided not to stand for re-election at the next AGM, and that the board will propose Jemilah Mahmood for election.
The company also said that Chairman Christoph Franz will be recommended for re-election at the AGM.
