Proposal of the Management Board on the unappropriated retained earnings 2020
The Management Board proposes to the Ordinary General Meeting 2021 to carry forward in full the retained earnings as of December 31, 2020 in the amount of EUR 1,210,433,947.92 as reported in the annual financial statements, whereby after the end of the fiscal year 2020 an amount of EUR 27,596,228.00 of such retained earnings has been transferred to the capital reserve pursuant to Section 237 para. 5 German Stock Corporation Act upon registration of the reduction of Rocket Internet's share capital in the same amount as resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on September 24, 2020.
