Due to the recent low trading volume and the availability of other sources of financing, it no longer appears relevant to maintain the listing at the MTF market (Freiverkehr) of the Stuttgart stock exchange. The Company will therefore refrain from counteracting the termination of the listing at the MTF market (Freiverkehr) of the Stuttgart stock exchange, which has already been initiated by the Stuttgart stock exchange due to the departure of the applying broker, by submitting a new application. Trading in ROK Stars-shares on the MTF market (Freiverkehr) of the Stuttgart stock exchange will therefore be discontinued, to the knowledge of the Company on 30 June 2020.
