PARTIAL REPURCHASE OF

10.5% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2022

(ISIN (REG S): XS1957481440, COMMON CODE (REG S): 195748144)

Reference is made to the 10.5% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1957481440) (the "Notes") issued by Ronshine China Holdings Limited (the "Company").

As of the date of this announcement, the Company completed open-market repurchases of part of the Notes in the principal amount of US$3,000,000, representing 0.6% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes issued. The Company will cancel the repurchased Notes in accordance with the terms of the Notes and the governing indenture.
