Subject: Preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by the Ronson group companies in the first quarter of the year 2021

The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the "Issuer") announces the preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by Ronson group companies in the first quarter of the year 2021:

1. The number of units sold during the first quarter of year 2021: 355 units, out of which 83 units were sold in Ursus Centralny project (43 units in phase IIa and 40 units in phase Ib), 46 units in Miasto Moje V project and 39 units in Viva Jagodno I project;
2. The number of units delivered to customers during the first quarter of year 2021: 185 units, out of which 81 units were delivered in Miasto Moje III project, 65 units in Vitalia Residence project, 15 units in Grunwald2 project.

The Issuer explains that the final operational data on the sale and delivery of units will be published in the appropriate periodic reports.

The Issuer also explains that the number of sold units is a number of units, for which the preliminary sale agreement or the developer contract was signed with customers.
