Rorze Corporation (TSE:6323) agreed to acquire an additional 72.67% stake in IS Technology Japan Inc. from Yukito Yamazaki, 9 other individuals and an unknown seller on January 10, 2017. Under the terms, Rorze Corporation will acquire 1,330 shares. As of January 10, 2017, Yukito Yamazaki holds 38.8% stake and Rorze Corporation holds 27.3% stake in IS Technology Japan Inc. After completion of the transaction, Rorze Corporation will own 1,830 shares, representing 100% stake in IS Technology Japan Inc. For the year ended February 2016, IS Technology Japan Inc had sales of ¥535 million, operating profit of ¥31 million, net income of ¥35 million and as at February 29, 2016, net assets of ¥109 million and total assets of ¥862 million. The transaction is expected to close on March 1, 2017.
